We are hiring for Freshers Voice process

Domain: ITES/BPO, KPO

Designation: Process Executive voice









Job Responsibilities: 

 The job role would involve but not limited to:

  • Good written & Verbal communication
  • Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data
  • Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research
  • Interested to work in Voice Process
  • Adhere to process norms and structure
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Work with great attention to detail
  • Work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Candidates should be open to work in night shift
  • Communication in English has to be above average
  • Post Interview need to take up Versant assessment, link will be shared the same day and they have to take up the test on the very same day






 Education Background

  • Nursing
  • BDS
  • PharmD
  • Any four-year medical program, including BHMS, etc
  • B.Pharm, M.Pharm & Diploma and Life Science in Pharmacy with Good Communication
  • Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences (Biotech, Zoology, Medical Microbiology, Pathology, Microbiology, Applied Biotechnology, Bio Chemistry, Nutrition & Dietetics, Forensic Science, Biology, Chemistry)
  • 10+2 Candidates who have Medical Scribing Certification will also be considered along with exp ,this is applicable only if they have the certification
