What are we looking for:
We are looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator who is passionate about clinical research to join the Dental-Dermal Health Unit in the India Global technology center (GTC) based in Mumbai. The Dental-Dermal Health Unit focuses on improving oral, skin and overall health through multidisciplinary research. The Research Associate will coordinate dental research studies and support various activities of the Unit. The role will provide learning & growth opportunities to plan & implement initiatives to improve oral health globally. This position will be on a fixed term contract.
What you’ll need:
Masters Degree in Science
Minimum 2 to 3 years of clinical experience
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with both business and technical professionals
Ability to travel up to 10% of time
Keen interest in dental research
BDS or PhD is a plus
Flexible approach to working hours is essential.
What you will do:
Contribute to establish a research community to evaluate the efficacy and effectiveness of Colgate products.
Participate in execution and monitoring of clinical studies.
Assist in the writing, drafting and reviewing of materials for scientific communication.
Assist in preparation of study reports and manuscripts for publication.
Maintain Good Clinical Practice documentation.
Support the activities of the Dental-Dermal Health Unit in India.

You will learn about corporate business models, advanced clinical research methodologies, and fostering collaborations with different stakeholders.

Use technical expertise and creativity to proactively identify potential problems and address them using appropriate resources in discussion with Dental-Dermal Health Unit team leaders. You will also learn to integrate yourself into a high-performing team focused on balancing both execution and innovation.
You will be coached for success on technical as well as soft skills.
